With over 20 years' experience of senior management and leadership in the migrant charity sector, and drawing on my experience as a psychotherapist, I provide a suite of offers to support individuals and organisations to prioritise wellbeing in the workplace, creating space to connect, learn and thrive.

I support teams and individuals to build resilience by providing them with the skills and tools needed to prioritise wellbeing and positive mental health.

I am also the Co-Director of Safer Foundations, a safeguarding training and consultancy business.

Safer Foundations provides support to organisations across the UK through expert bespoke training as well as support on policies and audits relating to safeguarding.

“It was an excellent training. I learned a lot and feel confident with identifying and dealing with safeguarding issues....The facilitators are engaging and create a relaxed environment in which to discuss difficult issues....If only all training could be of this quality.”

Work-Place Wellbeing Support

Through my private practice, my experience of supporting teams and leading departments and my work with organisations through Safer Foundations, I have a deep insight into the challenge you can face at work and how this can have a wider impact on personal and family life. I know that no one approach fits every situation so have designed a suite of offers to meet your needs, to support you to stay okay at work and to give you permission to focus on your wellbeing, whatever your role.

Therapeutic Wellbeing Sessions for Groups

Exhaustion, overwhelm and burn-out are common responses to the pressure and challenges faced at work. Creating spaces where people can take time out from the day to day demands, connect with others (either within or outside of their organisation), share and learn provides a greater sense of wellbeing and increases resilience. In these facilitated sessions we provide safety, structure and offer accessible tools and techniques to support wellbeing at work.

One-to-One Support

This includes clinical supervision, reflective practice and therapeutic support. Together, we can decide which approach best meets your needs and give you dedicated time to focus on your approach and wellbeing in order to feel resourced enough to continue to be a safe and competent practitioner.

Coaching

In the coaching relationship, we work to facilitate positive change. The person seeking coaching may be clear about what that change is, or it may be that coaching can help them to identify the area for change and then work towards it. What coaching offers is increased self-awareness and self empowerment, for the person to become more intentional and to close the gap between their current situation and their potential. It is always a collaborative process, drawing on innate strengths and resources. As qualified therapists, we work safely at a deeper psychological level, when appropriate, using therapeutic coaching to address the underlying causes of unhelpful patterns and the reasons for feeling stuck or unfulfilled. This therapeutic approach is useful for coaching contracts that have a wellbeing focus or include resilience building.

Training & Workshops

We offer a range of training sessions and workshops and are happy to design bespoke sessions to fit organisational needs in collaboration with you.
